Identifying critical areas
Innovating is the key to being competitive. If you are convinced that your company can and must innovate by designing and testing not only new products or services, but also different organizational structures or new ways of approaching the market, we can help you to find the right tools. Local companies are offered innovative services not yet available on the market, which can affect company efficiency, structure and organization.
In order to identify critical areas requiring intervention, we conduct a thorough analysis of the situation by means of company “check ups” and audits, which provide a snapshot of the situation and the circumstances and make it possible to analyse the company’s specific strengths and weaknesses (SWOT analysis).
Only later, on the basis of the analysis findings, will guidelines be drawn up, if required, to improve and implement production processes and/or develop new products; this may include recourse to methods such as Kaizen or QFD.
At this stage the contribution of the “Blue eagles“ team is fundamental. They are the senior innovation managers who, thanks to their varied professional and educational profiles, are able to deal with the innovation requirements of companies working in different business areas.
Another tool available to the entrepreneur to “get to know himself” is to join the I3SME (Introducing Innovation Inside SME) project: the company is asked to complete a questionnaire, which is then processed by a special software programme; this enables the company to identify its “position” and compare it to that of other Italian and European companies. In this way the company’s strong and weak points emerge clearly.
