In conjunction with the various municipal authorities in the Trentino, we organize periodic information evenings to present our self-employment support projects (“entrepreneurial animation”). Following these information meetings, we organize individual private interviews with entrepreneurs interested in the project, to assess their motivation and to decide on the most appropriate form of assistance. We then organize a series of training meetings during which we provide the aspiring entrepreneur with the necessary tools to develop a business plan; these meetings are followed up by detailed analysis and checking of the “job plan” .
Our support to the would-be entrepreneur is completed by introducing him to trade associations, local authorities and various provincial services, which can provide him with further information and support.
In our first thee years (we started in 2006) 2,185 people have been involved in information and training activities, as well as 150 municipal authorities; 56 business training days have been held and 229 people have attended the training meetings, but most important of all, the support of our team of development agents has given birth to 80 new companies and developed 484 business plans.
