To be able to rely on the availability of production real estate is an essential requirement for a company wishing to start up, consolidate or relaunch its activity. Our objective is to make production space and areas available to you on competitive terms in a context in which, because of the very limited usable space available in the Trento Province, the “territory as a resource” is itself a potential target for speculative investment.
Thanks to the availability of real estate complexes it is therefore possible to speed up growth, support strategic reorganization processes and encourage the financial restructuring of companies.
In addition to the real estate pool consisting of six Business Innovation Centres, modular structures avilable on a service contract basis, we can also provide production premises to companies for ordinary rental subject to specific employment constraints and undertakings.
As of 31st December 2008, Trentino Sviluppo’s overall real estate holdings totalled 1,130,838 square metres of surface area (including 383,188 sqm under cover), of which 210,125 square metres are the BICs (including 85,818 sqm under cover) and 920,713 square metres are other manufacturing areas (including 297,370 sqm under cover).
