To make a company’s accounts available to public scrutiny is a gesture of transparency. We at Trentino Sviluppo believe that it is our duty: as a public company (albeit subject to private law) we feel duty-bound to enable everyone to understand how the public’s money is spent, invested and made to serve the community.
Starting from financial year 2006, as well as the usual financial statement the Board of Directors of Trentino Sviluppo decided to add another document – the Annual Report – which sums up the year’s activity in less technical and more generally comprehensible terms, through pictures and copy, in addition to a mere financial report.
Since 2008 this Annual Report has been split into two parts, by adding to the customary section devoted to the financial statement another section designed to let companies and major players express their views.
The success and growth of Trentino Sviluppo have also been made possible thanks to values such as integrity, responsibility and teamwork. To reinforce and support these values, and bearing in mind the considerable organizational and statutory changes that we have seen in the last few years, we have drawn up the Trentino Sviluppo Code of Ethics.
This Code of Ethics describes the commitments and the ethical responsibilities that the management, the employees and all the collaborators of Trentino Sviluppo have taken on in the conduct of the company’s business and activities.
